What operating system do I need on my computer for the 24/7 Tech Services & Support? 24/7 Remote Tech Services & Support can only be downloaded on computer with Windows 7/8/8.1/10 operating systems.
How do I get tech support when I need help? You can chat with a technician using the chat box in the app you downloaded on your desktop when you enrolled. Or you can call U.S. based phone support at 1.888.315.5073. Select option 2 for tech support.

Does 24/7 Tech Services & Support subscriptions extend to any of my other devices? Yes, with one subscription, we'll assist with ALL your personal Windows devices including your other computers and even your tablets.
